Leadership Experience and Career Background

Before focusing on keynote speaking, Jane held senior leadership roles including National Training Manager and State Business Manager, leading multi-site teams and large-scale learning initiatives across Australia and internationally.
Her international leadership experience includes roles with Photo Corporation, where she completed two significant secondments. One as National Training Manager, developing targeted training programs that significantly increased studio performance and contributed to the organisation surpassing Kodak Studios in market performance.
Her second secondment involved joining a change management team supporting the integration of Kodak, where she helped design and deliver training initiatives supporting large-scale organisational transformation.
Earlier in her career, Jane worked with The Body Shop, developing leadership and team capability programs across multiple regions and building a strong foundation in values-based leadership and organisational culture.
Since 2007, Jane has been an early adopter of evidence-based leadership practices from the field of positive psychology, integrating insights from neuroscience, emotional intelligence and strengths research into leadership development.

Jane is an Australian Master Trainer  in VIA Character Strengths, and is skilled in delivering Gallup Strengths Finder two of the world’s most widely used strengths frameworks.

She is accredited in several leadership and team development psychometric tools, including TMS Team Management System and Mental Toughness enabling organisations to translate insights into practical leadership strategies and stronger team performance.
